The Heritage Building

The Bangunan Sulaiman is a heritage building owned by the Government of Malaysia, with the Asian International Arbitration Centre being their exclusive tenant since 2014. The building was a British colonial building built in the 1930s and we were nominated to renovate, while conserving the historical building. This project involved not only internal refurbishment, but a new parking lot and an extension of the building were constructed as well.
